You have 90 days to return your order, as long as your garment is not used or washed and is in good condition.
The first thing you should do is contact us through the contact form, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or from the support chat.
1. If the product has arrived damaged or defective: we will send you the product again completely free of charge and with transport included, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
2. If you are not convinced about the product, it seems small / big, or you have just changed your mind: Return it to us with the order form, handwriting on it if you want to replace it with another product or if you want a refund.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and confirming the return if everything is ok.
We will refund the amount to the original means of payment, or through a coupon for 120% of the original value if you prefer for a new purchase.
